I gave my mom a doll that looked like me. She really had no interest but I didn't want her to feel left out since I'd given both my sister and MIL an AG. She loves her. I don't go overboard (which I do with everyone else [img]tongue.gif[/img] ) but I can tell she enjoys her and enjoys it when I give her a new outfit. I think you should do it. Having matching dolls with your mom would be a fun way to connect when you are far apart.
